All calculations, margin estimates, ROAS projections, and creator earnings provided on ProfitPulse are strictly for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute certified financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Platform fees (such as TikTok Shop referral rates, Etsy processing fees, or AI model token pricing) are subject to change at the discretion of their respective corporate owners. We make reasonable efforts to maintain current data but cannot guarantee real-time parity with third-party billing algorithms.

2. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ProfitPulse or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business decisions, advertising expenditures, or inventory investments made in reliance upon calculations generated through our services.

3. Intellectual Property

All user interface designs, custom calculation algorithms, and educational text content are the intellectual property of ProfitPulse. Third-party trademarks (such as TikTok, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek) are the property of their respective owners and used solely for identification purposes.
